• Check for pregnancy-associated nausea & vomiting
• Consider pre-medication for vomiting

If high risk of vomiting, for Modified RSI:

• Suxamethonium100mg + Rocuronium10mg
• AirwayETT

Maintenance

• SevofluraneMAC 1.2
• or
• Propofol20mg, Bolus PRN

Anti-Emetics

• Ondansetron4mg
• Dexamethasone6.6mg

As per Surgical Team

• Antibiotics as required
• Tranexamic Acid1g
• Oxytocin10 IU

Other

• Ensure adequate reversal of muscle relaxants

Analgesia

• Fentanyl10-20mcg bolus in Recovery
• Paracetamol1g
• Ibuprofen400mg
• Dihydrocodeine30mg, PRN

Anti-emetics

• Ondansetron4mg
• Cyclizine50mg
